Town Approval

The Selectmen, The Finance Committee, The Capital Budget Committee, The Ways and Means Committee, The Education Committee, and The Real Property Committee have all voted in favor of this project. In three separate votes, Town Meeting has also voted in favor of this project.

Since Framingham received a provisional grant to build a new McAuliffe Branch Library, the Trustees will seek $3.8 Million in funds from Town Meeting for the Town’s share of the cost of the project.

We need your help. The Trustees and the FPL Foundation told Town Meeting that they would raise $600,000 to help pay for the project.
