The community is invited to the long-awaited unveiling and celebration of the new Framingham Public Library bookmobile.

The celebration begins at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, on the Memorial Building plaza at 150 Concord Street.  Join Mayor Yvonne Spicer, City Council Chair Dennis Giombetti, Massachusetts Senate President Karen Spilka, State Representatives Jack Lewis, Maria Robinson and Carmine Gentile, and members of the Framingham City Council.

After the unveiling and brief remarks by officials, there will be refreshments, compliments of Dunkin’ Donuts and Wegman’s, inside the Memorial Building in Nevins Hall from 9:00 -10:00 a.m.

Parking is available at Saint Stephen’s at 25 Clinton Street.

After the celebration, the bookmobile will make its first rounds in Framingham, with featured stops at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School, Brookdale Cushing Park, Carmel Terrace Assisted Living, and the Framingham YMCA.
